What does the Diners' Club program outing include?
With a focus on helping seniors stay connected, our Diners' Club program outings typically include a hot nutritious meal (entrée, beverage and dessert), great entertainment and health promotion/wellness demonstrations. Meals are prepared in a community setting and offered by our staff, and volunteers.
What is the cost to attend?
They are very reasonable and it varies by type and location of outing. All payments are made directly to the staff on the day of the Diners' Club activity. For a small additional fee, we can also provide transportation to and from the event.
How can I register for Social and Recreational Events?
Please contact your local Community Care office for information on when and where Social and Recreational Events are happening in your community. We ask that you reserve your seat in advance and we will confirm the price with you before you attend.
