Diners' Club

Are you looking to meet new people? Are you interested in creating new friendships?  Would you like to have a meal out with other people in your community?

Our Diners' Club program can provide the perfect outing for you!

From restaurants to seasonal gatherings to educational workshops, there is something for everyone!

You can attend as often as you like or make it that one special event you look forward to once a month. Whatever you decide, you will create wonderful relationships with the people you meet.

What does the Diners' Club program outing include?

With a focus on helping seniors stay connected, our Diners' Club program outings typically include a hot nutritious meal (entrée, beverage and dessert), great entertainment and health promotion/wellness demonstrations.   Meals are prepared in a community setting and offered by our staff,  and volunteers.

What is the cost to attend?

They are very reasonable and it varies by type and location of outing.  All payments are made directly to the staff on the day of the Diners' Club activity.  For a small additional fee, we can also provide transportation to and from the event.

How can I register for a Diners' Club program outing?

Please contact your local Community Care office for information on when and where Diners' Club program activities are happening in your community.  We ask that you reserve your seat in advance and we will confirm the price with you before you attend.

Our team can connect you with the other integrated community support services offered by Community Care Peterborough and our partners to support people to live independently in their own homes.

For more information about our services, please call us at 1-705-742-7067 or contact a Community Care Peterborough office nearest you.

We would love for you to join us!
