Pole Walking

We currently offer an outdoor pole walking group that meets each week: Pole Walking for Fitness – Tuesdays from 2:30 – 3:30 p.m. (weather dependent) at the Isabel Morris Park at 20 Concession Street in Lakefield. Please see the In Class Free Exercise and Wellness Calendar (catalog above) for more details.

Walking poles help many people walk more comfortably because they take some of the strain off lower back, hips, knees and ankles. We have some good quality poles for sale. If you'd like help selecting the right ones and purchasing a pair, please contact us through this link here.
