Pole Walking

We currently offer two pole walking groups each week: Pole Walking for Balance on Tuesdays 11:00 – 11:30am meeting in The Regency parking lot, and Pole Walking for Fitness on Fridays 1:15 – 2:15pm meeting at Jackson Park. Please see the In Class Free Exercise and Wellness Calendar (catalog above) for more details.

Walking poles help many people walk more comfortably because they take some of the strain off lower back, hips, knees and ankles. We have some good quality poles for sale. If you'd like help selecting the right ones and purchasing a pair, please contact us through this link here.
