Classes are offered free to residents of Peterborough County who are +55 years. Donations to Community Care are most welcome.
Check-in on the details of each location due to capacity limits. Some classes require pre-registration. Some locations do not. Please check each page you are attending thoroughly.
Wednesday, January 18th at 1pm Jodi Forestell will be talking about Nutrition she says, "Join me to learn how to simplify nutrition without breaking the bank. We will talk about why focusing on clean, natural, whole foods matters and I’ll provide some tips to make it easy. When you join live, I’ll share a link to a budget friendly and delicious recipe book that I have created just for this session."

Pole Walking
Walking poles help many people walk more comfortably because they take some of the strain off lower back, hips, knees and ankles. We have some good quality poles for sale. If you'd like help selecting the right ones and purchasing a pair, please contact us through this link here.
