Executive Assistant

Full-Time Permanent, On-site

35 hours per week

The Executive Assistant provided executive and governance support to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors. As the primary point of contact for the CEO and the Board, the EA plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. 

This position also provides support for the Management Team in the areas of Office Administration and Human Resources. Community Care is seeking an individual who is super organized, tech-savvy, proficient at multi-tasking, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Program Coordinator

Peterborough Ontario Health Team (POHT) is seeking a driven, dynamic and energetic individual to join the team.

The Program Coordinator plays a key role in driving the growth and success of the POHT by overseeing the administration, monitoring, implementation, and evaluation of programs and projects.  As a vital member of the team, you will work closely with various partner organizations to ensure we meet our goals. 

The Program Coordinator will be instrumental in creating an environment that encourages productivity and innovation while fostering a positive and professional workplace culture.  This position will be both challenging and highly rewarding, offering the opportunity to witness firsthand the impact of the POHT on the community.

The Communications and Community Engagement Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing communication strategies, fostering community partnerships, and ensuring that our collective messages are clear, consistent, and reaches all partners - patients, healthcare providers,  community organizations, and the public. 

The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare communications, community engagement, and building trust with diverse populations. They will be skilled at crafting messages, organizing outreach programs, and working closely with internal and external partners to drive engagement and promote the POHT's collaborative mission.
