Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant provided executive and governance support to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors. As the primary point of contact for the CEO and the Board, the EA plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
This position also provides support for the Management Team in the areas of Office Administration and Human Resources. Community Care is seeking an individual who is super organized, tech-savvy, proficient at multi-tasking, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The Program Coordinator plays a key role in driving the growth and success of the POHT by overseeing the administration, monitoring, implementation, and evaluation of programs and projects. As a vital member of the team, you will work closely with various partner organizations to ensure we meet our goals.
