New Strategic Plan 2021 - 2025

 Together, with our Board, volunteers and staff, we have created a dynamic 5- year strategic plan that builds on our existing vision, mission, and values but fosters a resilient and flexible organization as Community Care Peterborough navigates into the future.

It has 4 key pillars, as shown below:

Each pillar has individual operational plans to ensure that we meet these high-level goals.
