New Strategic Plan Initiative for 2021
The Board of Community Care Peterborough (CCP) is launching an important new strategic planning initiative, and we are seeking your participation.
We are very proud that throughout the pandemic, CCP never stopped serving the residents in the City and County of Peterborough. We continued to empower them with our programs to live safely and independently in their own homes.
As our current strategic plan ends this year, and as we enter into a pandemic recovery mode, the board is excited to explore and plan new options, so we can better serve our communities.
This new five-year strategic plan will build on the strengths of CCP and use this foundation to create our future. Our new plan will include new strategic directions to guide CCP, so we may overcome new challenges and take advantage of new opportunities when they arise.
We want your help in creating our new strategic plan!
Tell us, what you value about our programs and services, and to share your vision for CCP by completing the online survey linked below:
To guide our planning process, we have created a Strategic Planning Task Force and we have retained The Osborne Group, a consulting firm with experience in strategic planning for community care organizations. The Osborne Group consultants will facilitate our strategic planning process and our community outreach.
Our new plan will be unveiled at our Annual General Meeting this spring.
Together, we can create a dynamic new future and vision, so we look forward to your involvement and input.
