2012 Kms for Care
Mark your calendar for April 15, 2012....Our inaugural Kms for Care was a great success and plans are underway for "2012 Kms for Care".
This event will be held once again in the Ennismore area and will feature a 1/2 Marathon Run / Walk; a 5 km Run / Walk; and a 1 km Individual / Family Fun Run / Walk.
New this year is the Team Challenge in the 5 km Run & Walk events. Sports teams; schools; corporate groups are encouraged to come out and support a great cause. Why not challenge another team or group!
Last year we raised a grand total of over $30,000! We aim to reach this goal again in 2012 to enable the services that support independence and promote peace of mind for seniors, their families and for adults with physical challenges who live in the City and County of Peterborough.

Registration is well underway with participants registered in all race categories. Fee increases are effective: January 16th; March 16th and April 14th, as well as on race day. Registration can be done in person at any office of Community Care Peterborough; at The Running Room, 210 Hunter St. W.; or on-line at The Running Room
